British Frontline is the same as US Frontline, but it is packaged with the metric system written on the boxes, instead of pounds. It is made in the same Merial factory. It is legal for an individual to purchase it, but it cannot be resold in the US.

Frontline Plus did not work for our dog, a mix of 25-27 pound Pomeranian and Sheltie, so we tried Frontline Top Spot and are very satisfied with the results. Our little guy's neck is vulnerable to "hot spots" in the summer and with this product he has only two who had the great dozen years he last this time with the heat, in comparison, fleas and humidity. He scratches on the neck and, well, everywhere much less, so there are fewer places for the "Hot Spots to ignite. I am investing in 6 mosworth, we think it's best for our dog. In addition, our paths ticks and he has not had one since using this product. Highly recommended. BTW, if your dog does not develop "hot spots" such as we have two products to quickly, the pain and itching and swelling significantly up completely (overnight) ... the first is a natural citrus spray called Bergapet Pet Spray [...] and also Dermasol Skin Care Gel.
